1. Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by our company.
Passengers who cancel for any reason, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Days before Departure   FEE
Up to 60 days: $100 per person
From 60 through 45 days (inclusive):  $150 per person
From 44 days through departure day:  100% payment
No-show: 100% payment

2 Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed may be accommodated subject to space availability.

3 No refunds are given under the following circumstances:
(1) For lost travel time or substitution of facilities,
(2) For itineraries amended after departure,
(3) For circumstances arising beyond our control, necessitating alternative arrangements being made to ensure the safety and/or further participation and enjoyment of your program,
(4) If you do not appear for any accommodation, service, sightseeing or trip segment without notifying our company, or if you leave your program after it has begun, or miss any scheduled sightseeing, activities, meals or accommodations.
